Civil Superintendent
10 years experience in civil work for site development projects. Responsibilities include planning,
scheduling and tracking subcontractors and vendors, and coordination of the various trades. Excellent
documentation and computer skills needed.

Working Civil Foreman
7-10 years experience in the construction of water, sewer and drainage utilities for site development
projects. Responsibilities include the meeting and exceeding of daily work schedules and the ability to
manage a work crew. Also must be capable of layout, field engineering, and site construction means and
methods. There may be requirements to perform some field labor.

Lowbed Driver
10 years experience moving heavy equipment over the road. A clean driving record is a must. MA hoisting
license required. Job requires flex hours early AM, evening and possible weekends.

Pipelayer/Laborer
At least 5 years experience in site work development required including the laying of water, sewer &
drainage pipe. Layout & laser knowledge preferred.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Requirements include experience in the repair & diagnosis of heavy construction equipment, tractor
trailers and triaxle trucks. Individual must be able to assess all sorts of hydraulic and electric issues.
The work schedule could include the second shift.

Heavy Equipment Operator
At least 10 years experience in site excavation and utility installation required. Experience in the operation
of dozers, loaders & back hoes is required. MA hydraulics license is also required.
